At Soficocosmetics, we want you to love your beauty routine; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
